Educational Qualification-
Proficiency Training of Nurse (PNT)- a) B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from Govt. Recognized Institute.
b) Internship Certificate (if applicable).
c) Certificate of Registration of Nursing Council.
Proficiency Training of Pharmacist (PTP)- a) Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. Recognized Institute.
b) Certificate of Registration of Pharmacy Council.
